Korea Investment Partners (KIP), established in November 1986, provides support to SMEs and start-up companies through direct investment, credit lending and consulting services. On the back of an excellent workforce and stringent screening for investment, KIP has maintained a solid investment track-record.

In 2005, KIP won an award from the Ministry of Health & Welfare for being designated as a fine public pension fund manager. It also earned a grade ‘A’ rating as a venture capital company from the Small-Medium Business Administration of Korea since 2004.

As an affiliate of a major financial business group, KIP is exploring investment opportunities by building cooperative relationships between other affiliates and the venture capital industry. KIP will develop as a specialized investment company by expanding through the creation of new associations, existing venture associations, corporate restructuring funds, and private equity funds.
